Refunds and Exchanges

  • Custom Products: As our products are print-on-demand and customized specifically for you, we do not offer full refunds on non-defective products once your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@wish2inspire.com, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a replacement.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that does not match your order (e.g., wrong design, wrong size), please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will either exchange it or issue a partial refund after verifying the mistake.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

  • Photos Required: For returns or exchanges due to damage or defects, please provide us with clear photos of the product and packaging. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. If your product qualifies for an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

No Returns on Non-Defective Products
